Server Upgrade

Edit: The gear.lululudovico.com servers are now upgraded, and there shouldn’t be any more issues.

If you click your Pet Tag, look at the Public Register or Ownership Deed, or surf to the Collar / Cuff / Gag page, you might get a “Host Server Not Found” or some such message. This only affects addresses starting with “gear.lululudovico.com“

Basically I’m upgrading the gear.lululudovico.com servers to serve their pages faster. Unfortunately something went wrong and they sort of fell through the cracks and went offline for some people.

This is temporary, and I’m still working with the server techs to get this fixed.

Collar v1.1.39 addresses the security check failure, and some bugfixes.

Leash Rings: Owners’ arms will no longer animate when seated.

Security check failure

If you log in or TP with the collar locked, you might trigger a security check failure.

Unfortunately I am away right now (yes, that pesky First Life thing, and yes, I’m sorry!), but will try to investigate and have a fix by this weekend.

Meanwhile, the only workarounds seem to be:

  • wear the collar unlocked, for now.
  • if you have HUD v6.2.x wear that (doesn’t matter if it says *OLD*) and wear the v1.0 collar, for now.

LULU Collar Tip: Search the Public Register

One of the nicest things about the LULU Collar is that it comes with the Ownership Deed, which has a lot of useful information about the sub.

This deed is available for public viewing in the LULU Public Register. Unless of course, the options are set to private.

This means that besides viewing yourself, or your sub, you can search for  just about anyone, in the Public Register!

Go on, give it a spin! To start, just click the Public Register on the sidebar to the right of this post.
